1. What does “Ready to Ship” mean?

These are products that are already stitched and packed, ready to go! Once you place the order, they’ll be shipped out within 1–2 working days and delivery usually takes 3 to 5 days depending on your location.


2. Will I be able to alter the dress later if needed? Do you provide extra stitches?

Yes, we provide an extra stitch/margin inside the dress so you can alter or upsize it later if needed. This is especially helpful if the dress feels tighter over time due to weight gain or body changes.


3. Can I get changes made to a Ready to Ship product?

RTS items are pre-made and can’t be customized. For custom length, feeding zips, and other adjustments, check out our Made to Order collection.


4. Will I receive tracking details?

Yes! Once your parcel is shipped, we’ll share the tracking link via email or WhatsApp (based on the contact you provided).


5. Can I order a Made to Order and an RTS item together?

You can, but the entire order will be shipped only when all items are ready. If you want the RTS item quickly, we recommend placing it as a separate order.


6. What if I order the wrong size?

We may be able to help with a one-time size exchange, based on availability and if the item meets our exchange policy below.


7. How do I know if a product is Ready to Ship?

RTS items are clearly marked on our website — either in the product title or within the description.


8. Can I get a sold-out RTS product in my size?

If it’s not available in RTS, you can check if it’s listed in our Made to Order collection or message us for availability.


9. Can I cancel or modify my RTS order after placing it?

Since RTS products are processed quickly, cancellations or changes may not be possible once the order is confirmed.


10. Can I return an RTS item if I don’t like it?

We don’t accept returns for change of mind or dislike. Please refer to product details and size charts before placing your order.


11. Will I be able to alter the dress later if needed?

Yes, we add an extra stitch/margin inside the dress so you can have it let out slightly later if needed — especially helpful for long-term wear or size changes.


🔁 Exchange Policy – RTS Products

We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:

The item received is defective, or

A wrong product was sent, or

You're facing a genuine size issue (subject to terms below)


To Qualify for Exchange:

Timeframe: Raise the request within 1-2 days you receive the parcel.

Condition: Product must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

Shipping: We do not offer return pick-up. You’ll need to self-ship the product at your cost.


📏 Size Exchange:

If your required size is available, we’ll send a replacement.

If it’s not available, you can select another product of equal value within 3 days of your exchange request.


💰 Payment Differences:

If the new item is higher priced, you’ll need to pay the difference.

If it’s lower priced, we’ll issue a credit note valid for 30 days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on exchanged orders.


🧵 Defective Item Claim:

A clear video of opening the parcel is required to raise a defect claim.

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international deliveries. But don’t worry — each item is quality-checked three times before dispatch to make sure it’s perfect when it reaches you.
