What is the difference between Ready-to-Ship and Made-to-Order products?
We offer two types of products on our website:
- Ready-to-Ship:
These items are already available and are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. Ready-to-ship products come in standard sizes and standard lengths, and no customizations or changes can be made to them. - Made-to-Order:
These outfits are stitched after you place your order, based on the size, length, and options you select. Since they are specially made for you, they take around 10–15 working days for dispatch.

Our designs focus on comfort, practicality, and long-term wear. Here’s what makes our outfits special:
- Extra stitches (seam allowance) so the dress can be upsized later if needed
- Pockets in most dresses for everyday convenience
- Modest and comfortable styles designed for all-day wear
- Multiple length options to help you find the length that suits you best
These thoughtful details are added so you can wear and enjoy your outfits comfortably for years.
Do your dresses have pockets?
Yes! Most of our dresses include two functional deep pockets for convenience.
However, layered styles and certain designs may not have pockets, as it may not be possible to accommodate them depending on the structure of the dress.
Can feeding-friendly zippers be added?
Yes, many of our styles can be customized with concealed feeding zippers on request. You can select the “Feeding Zippers” add-on while placing your order. This is available for an additional charge of ₹99.
The zippers are concealed and neatly finished, ensuring both comfort and a clean look.
Do your dresses come with lining?
Yes, our dresses are lined for comfort and better finish.
- Cotton fabrics come with cotton lining.
- Georgette and chiffon fabrics come with American crepe lining.
If you prefer the dress without lining, you can WhatsApp us after placing your order and mention your order number along with the request.

How often do you launch new styles?
We usually introduce new styles every week on our website.
If there are any specific styles, designs, or fabrics you would love to see, feel free to drop your suggestions. We always love hearing ideas from our customers.

What customization options do you offer?
We offer a few customization options to help you get a better fit and comfort:
- Length Options: You can choose from multiple length options while placing your order. Most women usually find a comfortable fit within these standard length choices.
- Custom Length: If you are very particular about the length, you can choose the custom length option for an additional charge.
- Sleeves Option: For sleeveless dresses, sleeve options may be available so you can choose what feels most comfortable for you.
- Feeding-Friendly Option: Many styles can be customized with concealed feeding zippers by selecting the Feeding Zippers add-on while placing the order.
What fabrics do you use?
We primarily use cotton, georgette, and chiffon fabrics for our dresses.
These fabrics are chosen to ensure the outfits are comfortable, breathable, and easy to wear for long hours while still looking elegant.
Will cotton fabrics shrink or bleed color?
Cotton is a natural fabric, so slight shrinkage(Not more than quarter inch) and mild color bleeding during the first one to two washes can be normal.
To maintain the fabric and color better, we recommend:
- Gentle hand wash separately for the first wash
- Do not soak for long
- Dry in shade
Following these care steps will help your dress maintain its color and fit for a long time.
Which fabrics are machine-wash friendly?
Which fabrics are easy to maintain?
Both cotton and georgette fabrics are relatively easy to maintain.
- Cotton is breathable and comfortable for everyday wear. It can be machine washed or hand washed with mild detergent.
- Georgette is also easy to maintain, lightweight, and wrinkle-resistant. It can be washed on a gentle machine cycle
Chiffon is slightly more delicate compared to cotton and georgette, so gentle washing is recommended.
Size & Fit
What sizes do you offer?
For Made-to-Order styles, we offer sizes from XS to 8XL, and the price remains the same across all sizes.
For certain Ready-to-Ship styles, sizes are usually available from S to 3XL, depending on stock availability.
Please note that we do not offer stitching based on custom body measurements. Orders are processed based on the standard size selected while placing the order.
How do I choose the correct size?
Please refer to the size chart available on each product page.
If you are unsure, feel free to contact our team and we will help you choose the right size.

Do your dresses allow size adjustment later?
Yes, most of our dresses include extra seam allowance/ Extra stitches, which allows the outfit to be upsized later if needed. This can be helpful if you gain a little weight or feel that the next size would fit you better in the future.
Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 days of placing the order, provided they have not yet entered the production process. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. by emailing on helpdesk.mouri@gmail.com
After 2 days, cancellations will not be possible, as the order would have already moved into production. We are not responsible for cancellations requested due to urgency or unavailability after this period
However, address changes can still be requested before the order is dispatched. Please contact our support team with the updated address details at the earliest.

Can I change my size or order details after placing the order?
If your order has not yet entered production, we may be able to update the size or modify certain order details. Please contact us within 2 days of placing your order to request any changes.
Once the order has entered the production process, we will not be able to make further modifications, as the outfit would already be in preparation.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
All orders must be placed using online payment methods available on our website.
Is online payment secure?
Yes, all payments made on our website are completely secure. We use trusted and encrypted payment gateways to ensure that your payment information is safe and protected.
Can I place an order manually via PhonePe / GPay / Net Banking transfer?
Yes, you can place an order manually via PhonePe, GPay, or Net Banking transfer if needed. Please contact us on WhatsApp, and we will share the payment details.

How long does dispatch take?
Ready-to-Ship products:
Dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends will be shipped on the next working day.
Made-to-Order products:
Dispatch usually takes 10–15 working days, excluding Sundays and festival holidays. During periods of high order volume, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Delivery time after dispatch (India):
• South India: 3–4 working days
• Other regions: 5–7 working days
International orders:
Delivery usually takes 5–7 working days after dispatch, depending on customs clearance.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order by emailing helpdesk.mouri@gmail.com within 2 days of placing the order.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking details via email or WhatsApp from Delhivery. You can use the tracking link provided in that message to check the latest status of your shipment.

What happens if my number is not reachable during delivery?
Courier partners usually call the customer during delivery for location confirmation or OTP verification. If the phone number provided in the shipping address is not reachable, the delivery attempt may fail and the parcel could be returned to us.
We kindly request you to provide a reachable phone number in the shipping address so the delivery partner can contact you if required.
For international customers placing orders to Indian addresses, please ensure that you provide a local Indian phone number instead of an international number, so the courier partner can easily reach the recipient during delivery.
If the parcel is returned due to an unreachable number, additional shipping charges will apply for reshipping the order.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We offer two types of products on our website: Made-to-Order and Ready-to-Ship.
Made-to-Order:
These outfits are stitched specifically after you place your order based on the size and details you select. Because each piece is made especially for you, returns or exchanges for sizing issues are not possible. We kindly request you to refer to our size chart carefully before placing your order. Ready-to-Ship:
Items purchased from the Ready-to-Ship section can be exchanged for size issues. If the size doesn’t fit, you may request an exchange for another size or choose an alternate product of the same value.
Please note that returns for refunds are not available. We recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.
What if I receive a damaged product?
